A one-stop shop for State Farm homeowners, the Home+ app proactively helps homeowners maintain their biggest investment. As the sole content strategist, I laid the groundwork that allowed us to scale using AI, and united the app's end-to-end experience with a careful, research driven content strategy.

Content design for XM360, the system used by Xfinity Mobile's Frontline team by in-store retail agents and customer service phone agents.

Mastery of technical processes was the key in developing user-first content to those under pressure, particularly for our non-native English speakers.
